Abstract
For 9.6,u band of ozone theory and experimental results show that the pressurecorrection(p/p0)K for optical length a of absorbing gas is a function of fr and u. The pressure-correction f(u,p)=(p/p0)K is determined from experimental results. The mean slab absorptivity Af(U') and dAf(U')/du' of this band is computed When a is small, weak line approximarion is valid,Af=1-exp(-2su/d),f(u,p)=1. The pressure-correction for du' in calculating radiative divergence dFz/du' should be unity, and dAf(U')/du' approaches a constant value 2s/d.
