AN EXAMPLE ABOUT EXCESSENTROPY PRODUCTION AS A CRITERION FOR CLIMATIC CATASTROPHE

In this paper, a one-dimensional climatic model with parameters is put forward. According to Liapunov's theory about stability, excessentropy production is taken as a criterion of climatic catastrophe. Then,a comprehensive parameter L=I0μ (d) (dα)/(dT) is proposed, and its critical value Lm under the model has been calculated.Finally, the relation about optical thickness of atmosphere, albedo and the solar radiation with climatic catastrophe is discussed.
