THE TRANSPORT OF HEAT AND ANGULAR MOMENTUMBY THE STATIONARY EDDIES AND TRANSIENTEDDIES IN THE SEVERE COLD OR WARMMONTH IN THE NORTHERN CHINA

The transport of heat and angular momentum by the stationary eddies and transient eddies in the severe cold or warm month in the northern China have been estimated with the statistical data of the general circulation of atmosphere complied by the GFDL. Some summary results have been obtained.
