DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL INERTIAL GRAVITY WAVES IN THE ATMOSPHERE WITH HETEROGE-NEOUS STRATIFICATION

In this paper,by the WKB method the relation between the energy increase of internal inertial gravity waves and heterogeneous atmospheric stratification is derived,and a new generalized wave action is defined and its conservation is proved.
