A NUMERICAL STUDY ON THE FORMATION AND DISSIPATION OF RADIATION FOG(II)─The Physical Mechanism of Radiation Fog

  • An analysis is made about the factors which influence the temperature,the water content and the drop concentration of fog. These factors include the longwave and shortwave radiation,the turbulence,the condensation and evaporation the gravitational settling and the collection etc..Based on the analysis,the physical picture(namely,the physical mechanism) of radiation fog process is depicted. Tests are made for the effects of wind field,cloud cover and soil parameters on fog cycle.
