THE GLOBAL OPTIMUM INTERPOLATION OBJECTIVE ANALYSIS

  • This paper mainly describes the objective analysis scheme used in the Global Data Assimilation system. real-timely funning in the National Meteorological Centei(NMC) of SMA, with the optimum interpolating statistical method. This scheme uses all appropriate types of available observation and the six hour forecasting values of spectral model. it produces the global analysis values in numerical form. In the two years operational running a better initial condition has been provided for the spectral forcasting model. with a wave spetral tranction of 42. in the medium range numerical weather prediction.
