THE LONG TERM CHANGE OF ATMASPHERIC AC TIVE CENTERS IN NORTHERN WINTER AND ITS CORRELATION WITH CHINA CLIMATE IN RECENT 100 YEAR

  • Byinvestig ating long-term change and periodic characteristics of six principal at mospheric active centers in the northern winter during recent 100 years,it was found that three climate abrupt changes in the 1920s,middle 1940s,middle and late 1970s respectively.Correlation analy ses shown that the winter temper ature in China during the past 100 years were closely negatively related to the intensity of Siberian high and better postive correl ation were observed between winter rainfall and the intensity of North Pacific high.
