COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CIRCULATION AND CLIMAT-IC BETWEEN LESS-SNOW YEAR 1985 AND MORE-SNOW YEAR 1986 FOR TIBETAN PLATEAU

By using accurate snow cover data on Tibet an Plateau, the at mospheric circulation atmid-high latitudes and tropical ocean features are analyzed in the abnormal less-snow year 1985 and the abnormal more-snow year 1986, and the pronounced differences are ravealed between the two years.And the tropical circulation and ocean features are also quit different.Finally, the cause of all these differences is discussed.
