大型天气转变过程中北半球波谱的分析

A SPECTRAL ANALYSIS OF HEMISPHERICAL FLOW DURING A LARGE SCALE SYNOPTIC VARIATION

  • 摘要: 本文对大型天气转变过程中北半球500毫巴上波谱进行了分析。结果表明,波数为5的波在这次转变过程中起主要作用。在纬向式环流崩溃过程中,中纬度角动量的输送是向北的6,这个向北的输送主要是由波数为5的波动完成的。在纬向式环流生成过程中,中纬度角动量的输送是向南的,它也主要是由波数为5的波动完成的。

     

    Abstract: The spectra of kinetic energy, transfer of angular momentum and energy transformation between eddy and tonal kinetic energy are analysed for a period of large-scale,synoptic variation. It is, shown that the wave of wave number five plays an important role in the change of circulation. During the breakdown of tonal circulation the angular-momentum transfer is northward6, and this northward transfer is accomplished‘ mostly by the wave of wave number 5. During the formation of tonal circulation the transfer of angular momentum is southward6 and this is also mostly accomplished by the wave of. wave number 5.
