冬半年华南动力性稳定层的探讨

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE DYNAMIC STABLE LAYERS OVER SOUTH CHINA IN WINTER

  • 摘要: 本文研究冬半年华南时常出现的一类稳定层,该稳定层具有上层偏北气流暖而干,下层偏南气流涼而湿的特性,它的出现始于秋而终于初夏,范围较大,时间持久。该类稳定层的生成是上层偏北气流下沉绝热增温和下层偏南气流上升绝热降温共同作用的结果。它的生长和消失决定于东亚大型天气过程。华南冬季对流层大气具有三层流场的结构,即近地面的东北气流和其上一层的西南气流,以及对流层上半部的偏北气流。在春季则具有低空偏南气流及其上偏北气流的两层流场结构。这种流场结构,东亚大地形所起的作用是相当重要的。本文所讨论的稳定层就是这种流场结构下的产物。

     

    Abstract: In this paper we study a new type of stable layers which exist frequently in the lower troposphere over South China in winter. Below the stable layer the air is cold and moist, and the wind direction is from the southwest, while a above the stable layer the air is warm and dry, and it blows from the northwest. Its formation is due to the different vertical motion distributions in the middle and lower troposphere. In the middle troposphere there is a descending motion, while in the lower troposphere there is an ascending motion. A description is given about the relation of the occurrence of this type of stable layers and the general circulation over the Far East in winter. It is found that the Tibetan plateau has an important effect on the formation of this type of stable layers.
