Abstract: In this paper,some properties of operators of the full equations governing the motion of the atomosphere are applied to discuss the decay of the effect of initial conditions.The full equations are too complicated to the study of some practical problems,for this reason,we have to simplify them into a more simply form.In such cases,we suggest,it should keep the properties of operators being unchanged in all steps of operation.
