热敏电阻测温电桥的一种线性化方法

A METHOD OF LINEARIZING THE THERMISTOR THERMOMETER

  • 摘要: 热敏电阻因温度系数大,尺寸小和价格低而得到广泛的应用。但其电阻和温度呈非线性关系RT=RToeB/T-B/To(1)式中T和T0为绝对温度,RT0为参考温度T0时的热敏电阻阻值。这给测量工作带来不便和限制。不少作者研究过热敏电阻温度计的线性化问题。

     

    Abstract: A thermistor thermometer is constructed by mounting a thermistor in one arm of a d.c.Wheatstone bridge.For linearizing the off-balanced thermistor bridge and approching a low nonlinear error the output of the bridge at two ends and middle point of the temperature range is assumed to be linear and then the design parameters of bridge are derived.Calibration shows that the nonlinear errors of bridge's output are small,for example,the errors are smaller than 0.02℃ over a twenty-degree range.This method can be used to design a direct-reading thermistor thermometer or a linear thermistor temperature-frequency transducer.
