风电场选址模式化研究

摘要: 本工作旨在风电场已初选,并有一至几个月的短期测风资料为前提的情况下,研究出一种有较先进的方法、较高的精度、较快的速度推算场址风能参数的模式.由于风能是风速立方的函数,因此,习惯上用寻求两地风能参数相关的订正方法误差较大.这次工作立足于先订正原始风速及标准差,再用这两参数推算各风能参数.经计算比较,选择全概率公式订正风向风速,再用差值法订正标准差,最后用韦伯尔公式计算风能参数.风电场选址时风向风速都应该考虑,因此,选择各风向均出现的时段作考察月为好.比较结果发现,9、10、11月作为考察期准确性较高.Abstract: On the premise that the wind farm is roughly located and there are several months' wind data available,a model with relatively high speed and accuracy is provided to calculate the parameters of wind energy in the selected site.Through calculation and comparison,the Total Probability Scheme is chosen to emend the original wind speed and direction,then Differential Method is used to revise the standard error,and finally the Parametors of wind energy are calculated by means of Weibull Scheme.
