Abstract: The orthogonal decomposition of the original variate into com ponent variates is used as the basis for fitting anewloading correlation model.The criterion for mathematical classif ication of climate is that all the first loading correlations are positive and significant.Climatic description consists of descriptions of spatial and temporal charact eristics of climatic variations.The climate can be modeled in terms of techniques of com ponent spectral analysis and climate situation suggested here.
