A Study of the Room Meteorological Conditions of a Cotton Mill

摘要: 在工业心理学的千端万绪的可能贡献中,今天要特别提出一缕来,作一个具体的举例,好像电影中的Close up镜头。例中的工厂是个规模不甚大的纺织厂,有一千二百工人,虽然在比较的内地,但建筑却是很新式的。经营的人也很努力,它很可以代表中国目前的一般比较进步些的工厂。

Abstract: This was a lecture given before an assembly of technical men, sponsored try Kwangs Provincial Government. The material was drawn f rom an investigation in a cotton mill in Kiangsu, China.
