Abstract: In this paper, it is shown that the notable seasonal chances of atmosphere circulation, such as the begining and the end of Mai-yu and the establishment of the winter circulation, were achieved with a medium-range process in which there is the propagation of the development o# Iong wave baroclinic instability down stream.
