南半球对北半球初夏季节转换的一种可能机理

A POSSIBLE MECHANISM FOR THE EFFECTS OF THE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE ON THE SEASONAL TRANSITION OVER THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE IN EARLY SUMMER

  • 摘要: 在青藏高原气象科学实验近几年工作的基础上,对1979年初夏季节转换的基本天气事实有了一定的认识,在初夏季节转换过程中,南半球对北半球可能有一定的激发作用。并由此讨论了印度西南季风与中国初夏梅雨之间的异同。

     

    Abstract: The sequence of essential Northern Hemisphere weather events concerning the seasonal transition in early summer 1979 is summarized, based on the recent works of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau Meteorological Experiment. The trigger role of the Southern Hemisphere is stressed. In the light of this, the similarities and differences between the Mei-yu in China and the southwest monsoon in India are discussed.
