THE MECHANISMS FOR THE BREAK-UP AND REGENESIS OF A POLAR VORTEX IN 100 HPA

  • 摘要: 对于100 hPa极涡分裂过程,对流层2波能量的大量上传是主要因素,其次是波与波非线性相互作用的影响。而对极涡重建过程,主要因素是波与波非线性相互作用,其次是对流层能量上传变化的影响。

     

    Abstract: For the break-up of the polar vortex in the 100 hPa, the main contribution is the upward transfer of the energy of wave number two from the troposphere and the second contribution is the nonlinear interactions between the waves. For the process of the regenesis of the polar vortex, the main contribution is the nonlinear interaction between the waves, and the second contribution is the upward transfer of energy from the troposphere.
