THE TRANSPORT OF HEAT AND ANGULAR MOMENTUMBY THE STATIONARY EDDIES AND TRANSIENTEDDIES IN THE SEVERE COLD OR WARMMONTH IN THE NORTHERN CHINA

  • 摘要: 定常涡旋与解变涡旋的热量和角动量输送对局地的大尺度运动的维持与变化起重要作用1。Ho-lopainen2对时间平均环流的涡度和涡度拟能的维持的诊断分析结果表明瞬变涡旋对时间平均气流的作用包括热量输送和角动量输送。对局地热量收支的贡献,定常涡旋的作用大于瞬变涡旋的作用。然而,Green3对造成英国1976年夏季罕见干旱的500hPa高压脊的形成做了分析,认为瞬变涡旋的动量输送是重要的。

     

    Abstract: The transport of heat and angular momentum by the stationary eddies and transient eddies in the severe cold or warm month in the northern China have been estimated with the statistical data of the general circulation of atmosphere complied by the GFDL. Some summary results have been obtained.
