相对污强指数及其机率在安徽城市总体规划中的应用

ON APPLICATION OF RELATIVE POLLUTION INTENSITY INDEX AND FREQUENCY IN ANHUI URBAN TOTAL PROGRAM

  • 摘要: 长期以来,城市总体规划总是按“盛行风原则”把工业区布置在城市下风侧,但不一定能达到预期效果。本文引进相对污强指数和机率概念,把气象因素与已有污染源布局结合起来考虑,根据污染源和气象资料,计算出新增污染区规划在居住区不同方位所导致的相对污强机率,按此即可确定新增污染区规划在那方位对居住区大气污染影响最小,从而可以按这一原则来规划污染源。这一新概念在安庆市休规划应用中取得了满意结果。

     

    Abstract: By theoretical analysis,the concept of relative index and frequency of pollution intensity is introduced in this paper, so that meteorological factors and the feedback from the distribution of pollution sources can comprehensively be considered. It is pointed out that the new-added pollution source should be located in the direction of city in which relative frequency of pollution intensity is the minimum, because the influence of air pollution on city is minimum in this condition. This concept has been applied in the master plan stage of Anqing city and more satisfied result has been gotten.
