CHARACTERISTICS OF MICROWAVE SCATTERING FOR GROUPS OF SMALL ROTATING SPHEROID PARTICLES

  • 摘要: 文中从不同方向线性偏振的入射波对小旋转椭球状降水粒子极化产生的散射出发,推导出散射能流密度函数,以及降水粒子群旋转轴处于不同状态下的散射截面,得出散射截面随降水粒子相态和入射波波长变化的一些曲线,其结果可供遥感反演计算使用。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of scattering resulted from that incident waves with linear polarization in different orientations polarize small rotating spheroid raindrops, an energy flow density function of scattering and a scat tering cross section for a group of precipitation particles with arotating axis in various states are derived, and obtain some curved lines in which the scattering cross section varies with the changing of the phase of precipitation particles and the length of incident waves, which can be used for the calculation of remote sensing reversion.
